1. General
Matchera is a platform that searches for relevant jobs, matches them with your profile, and sends applications to employers. By using the platform, you agree to these terms of service.
2. User Account
To use the service, you must create an account with your personal information: First name, Last name, Email address, Mobile number, Street address, Preferred work locations, and Password. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate and that your password is kept confidential.
We also collect information about your employment status (e.g., employed, unemployed, student) and whether you participate or plan to participate in programs offered by the Swedish Public Employment Service (e.g., Rusta och Matcha, Nystartsjobb, Labour Market Training). This information is used to improve your chances of finding a job.
3. Collection and Use of Data
We collect information from your CV, including experience, education, languages, skills, and summary. This information is used for job matching and submitting applications to employers. By registering, you consent to your personal information – including your name, email address, phone number, preferred work locations, and CV – being shared with partner companies and third-party companies related to employment opportunities in order to increase your chances of finding a job.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
We use services such as Stripe and others. These services may use cookies and other technologies to function properly. Please review their respective privacy policies for more information.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your data is stored securely and processed in accordance with Swedish data protection legislation. Only employers who receive your applications and partner companies that match jobs will have access to your information. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@matchera.se or through your account.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide only truthful and accurate information in your profile. Qualifications such as job field, job title, and employment type are predefined lists that only the platform’s administrators can add, update, or remove. As a user, you may only select from these lists and update your CV. All use of the platform must comply with Swedish law. Unauthorized behavior may result in suspension.
7. User Rights and Limitations
Users may only use the platform for its intended purpose – to find and apply for jobs. It is not permitted to use the service for illegal or unethical purposes.
8. Job Listings
Job listings are added and managed by the platform or its owners. Listings are automatically removed once they pass the application deadline or if the employer chooses to withdraw them.
9. Age Requirement
The platform is open to anyone who has the legal right to work in the Swedish labor market.
10. Fees and Payments
Some services on the platform may require payment. Fees apply only to job seekers; partner companies or employers are not charged any fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe using credit cards within the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
Matchera is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise in connection with the use of the service or the jobs provided through the platform.
12. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform and will take effect immediately.
